Are Asian foods healthier than Western food? It depends. It depends. Here are some Asian dishes you should try before your bucket is full.
Sushi and Sashimi
Some people may be a little irritated by the idea that raw fish can be eaten. However, these Japanese dishes are delicious, especially when the vinegar rice is cooked just right and the fish is still in rigor mortis. Tuna, salmon, and other seafood are all good choices for sushi. However, it is not possible to eat overfished bluefins, flounders, eels, octopus, or shrimp. Sushi can be made with sweetened eggs, cucumber, avocado, or raw fish if the dieter is unable to eat raw fish. You can also buy different types of sushi at Asian food market.

Dashi
Dashi is a broth that's made from kombu seaweed and dried Bonito flakes. Bonito is a fish. It is a base for many Japanese soups and has a delicate flavor and aroma. On cold winter nights, it is delicious to consume with no added ingredients.
Tempura
You can make tempura from any type of food, such as chunks of seafood, sliced Japanese eggplants, carrots, and tofu, or green squash slices, lotus root, green onions, and even slices of lotus root. You should drain it and eat it hot. Leftover tempura is less appealing if it is cold.
Hot and Sour Soup
This soup is made with tree fungus and dried shiitake mushroom, as well as beef stock. The ingredients are easily found in Asian markets and they are affordable. Tree fungus is not something to be concerned about by dieters.
